What reception site is everyone getting married at?? There are a LOT of newly engaged on this website and we need advice!!! What is the 'norm' for price-range during spring-summer??

I, along with peabody, am having my entire wedding at Timber Point Country Club in Great River....it had everything we wanted....a homey, cozy feeling, fireplaces, on the water and a golf course and a GREAT price. Before taxes we got $53 pp for a Sat afternoon, March 6th. PLUS, they are renovating a month before my wedding so I get a BRAND NEW room!!

Sunset Harbour, East Patchogue... Not sure what spring prices are but definately woth checking out- Their food is awesome!

I am getting married at the Jericho Terrace in Mineola. I am paying $85pp on a Sunday night next labor day weekend.

Another Villa Lombardi's bride here. I'm a winter bride so I'm not sure what they charge for Spring/Summer.

Have you checked out Vineyard Caterers? They're pretty reasonable. I was quoted $115/pp for a Saturday evening in June. We're flying out in early October to meet with them and hopefully put a deposit down (we're living in San Diego right now). Here's their website: www.vineyardcaterers.com

I'm getting married at the Inn at East Wind in November on Sat. too. Mine is 11/8/03 in the afternoon. When is yours and what room are you in? I'm in the Southampton Ballroom. We are paying $69/pp ($89/pp incl. tax). I can't wait! It's almost the 2-month mark!

We're having our reception at the Bellport Country Club on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend (30th). I'm not sure if we got Saturday pricing or not b/c some places do that for holiday weekends but we got it at $100 pp inc. tax, but we have to guarantee 200 min.
As soon as we walked in, FH & I knew it was the place. It depends on your taste but IMO it's very classy without being too extravagant.
They also just expanded the ballroom.
The food is amazing as they are the same people who run the Irish Coffee Pub!

Sunset Harbour in Patchogue on the water. I think its about 55-80 now. Price changes depending on day. Andy is great to work with. I called yesterday to change the time of my wedding- not a problem.

we are getting married at lands end in 2005 on a holiday sunday so its a saturday night price. they price quoted us for 165 a person for a night affair but we managed to book it for the whole day and night for 140 a person.
