If you have a lot of Out of Town Family...which one of these (if you had to pick ONE) do you think is the best to use when you register? (Family is in FL, AZ)

I voted Macy's, but I would do both- Macy's AND Bed bath and beyond- I did both and it worked well for OOTers

BBB worked the best for our OOT. DH's whole family lives in the South!

My sister's FH whole family is from Canada so they have a bunch of OOT guests and registered at LNT. She said it was a really good experience!

we registered at Macy's, Target, and Williams-Sonoma. All of our guests but 6, were from OOT. We had people coming in from CA, TX, and the Midwest, in addition to the East Coast. We found those to be the best for what we wanted to register for as well as ease for everyone.

BBB! all over the country, lots of locations, usually not a hassle to go to (dont have to fight mall parking lots) and convenient.
We have lots of OOTers and registered at Macys, BBB and Crate & Barrel. Most people bought from our BBB and C&B registries.

I would do BBB and Macy's. I have heard negative things about the Target Registry.

I had a rough time with Target! I pulled everything off! My guest got me things in the wrong colors due to TARGETS fault and than they wouldn't let me exchange it for the correct item!
Fortunoff's is great though. Why not consider them?

i would say BBB - it also has the best return policy of the ones that you listed.
I registered at BBB, Macy's, Target, Pottery Barn, and Linens n Things and had no problems with any of them- not sure why people have problems with Target though.
As for Fortunoff- I wouldn't since they filed for bankruptcy and lots of brides stuff has now become 'Special Order' or discontinued after this happened.

90% of our guests were from OOT. It was a given we would register at BBB and we were thinking about where else to go. I had never heard of Fortunoff before moving to Long Island and we have no Macy's back home. So, we thought between Linens and Things and Target. We ended up doing LNT and almost everybody bought stuff from BBB.
