im stuck...which chicken dish would you pick? id assume chicken port. would go over better with majority of guests but the other sounds so yummy . Though maybe risks being too salty? FYI- pancetta is like italian bacon or a thicker prosciutto.

mmmm..... i like them both but I think to be safe I would get the portabello. I know a lot of people (mostly our guest really) doesn't like capers

That's a hard choice, they both sound delicious! But the portobello jumped out at me so I'm going with that one. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

mmmm basil - I eat it straight off of the plant all summer(i picked the basil chicken)
...also basil is an aphrodisiac - which kinda goes along with the wedding

I choose the chicken port too... some people don't like red/pork meat. And want just chicken...so that's the safest choice. IMO
