POLL: Which color ribbon for my programs? *UPDATED!!!!!!!*

Programs are going to be on linen paper (probably ivory, but could also be white) with fonts to match our invites

what color bows would you do? i like the idea of tying in blue accents wherever possible but ivory might look more weddingy?

we'll be using blue ribbon on our favors and possibly on our menus

pic 1: rough and tentative idea for program design

pic 2: program inspiration

pic 3: some blue ribbon choices if we went with blue

pic 4: design for placecard favors


UPDATE: I just ordered 2 100 yard rolls of sulphur blue - thanks ladies!

I picked blue because I tend to like bright colors and think it can really make something stand out.

I'm DIYing them--- I designed them myself (dont know why the pic came out so grainy on here) and I think we're going to get them printed professionally. I still think I can print them myself but my mom thinks it will take way too long (we're expecting 200+ guests) and will be easier to just have it printed on linen cardstock and scored by a printer. We'll see...

Edit: the ribbon is from a random online wholesaler I found

wow thanks everyone! i was about to order the blue ribbon and then my mom said she was thinking ivory and it threw me!

aw thanks. the fonts are bickham fancy and optimus princeps, and flower ornaments i believe. check out dafont.com for lots of free font downloads!
