We met at our job. we were both camp couselors at our local YMCA (6 years ago). And it truely was love at first sight. We fell in love with kids and then each other!!

I love that so many people met online. Before my DH, I dated a guy for two years who I met in a chat room!

I was in high school. He was friends with a guy who liked me. I ended up liking him instead and at first he wanted nothing to do with me. I was 15 he was 19. We remained friends. When I got to college he changed his tune but by then I wasn't interested. We didn't start dating until my sophmore year. I made him sweat it out a little.

My best friend was dating his best friend...I was alone on V-day, he had just had his grandmothers' funeral that day....our friends thought we would get along well and brought us out to cheer us up...well they would up in a fight, and FH and I clicked that night

He was a friend of my first college boy friend!! We didn't start dating until 2 years later though.

College - I was a sophomore and he was a freshman...I locked him up right away!

We both went to the same high school but didn't know each other - but had a mutual friend. Years went by and we must have been at the same parties, etc. since we had this friend, but somehow we never met. Then, our mutual friend got married and told me NOT to bring a date. My FH and I ended up sitting next to each other at the wedding and have been together ever since. Our wonderful friend has since passed away but we thank him every day and plan on toasting him at our wedding!
