a. Bride's Parents (mainly)
b. Maid of Honor (mainly)
c. Maid of Honor and Bridesmaids distributed the costs equally
d. Other, please specify.

My MOH, 4 BM's and Mom split the cost of my shower.

I had two showers (one in NY, one in PA by DH's family). For the NY shower, which was the main one (with 60 guests), my Mom paid for all of the food and the two waitresses (it was in my house) and the main decorations. My aunt bought the centerpieces. One of my BM is a graphic designer and made the invitations. My MOH and BM split the favors, the wishing well, and all bought indiv gifts.

For the PA shower which was only for DH's family that couldn't go to NY (about 20 people), my SIL who was a BM bought and cooked all the food and decorated everything. She even bought tons of martini glasses so she could have a Cosmo theme - it was so sweet of her!
