Okay...so here is my dilemma: I really want a July 4th wedding...first of all, thats the day we had our first kiss...2nd I want to get married by the water and I know we'll probably be able to see fireworks, which I love. At the same time, I'm afraid people will not come to my wedding due to having other plans....So, if you were invited to a wedding on July 4th would you attend?
Mine is a July 3rd wedding...send out the STDs early and they wil have no reason to not come. I say go for it. If they would rather be on vacation than come to yoru wedding then you don't want them there anyway!
I would definitley go ta a July 4th wedding. I dont think it will be a problem
I would go.. if you send out STD early enough i would just plan my fourth of july around your wedding
We were thinking of doing a 4th of July wedding as well. I started asking people what they thought about it and I more yes than no's. Honestly, do whatever you want! Its your special day!
I am getting married on the 3rd. And I got so much sh it, because its on a Thursday. But ya know what, the people who want to be ther will be, and those are the only people you'll need there. go for it!
Wait a second... does july 4th fall on a weekend? If so people wont get off from work any additional days so they won't have the option to get away for a long weekend. That might help even more for you... it'll just be a regular weekend in terms of people's work schedules.
