Poll: Would you like to receive this if you were a bridesmaid?
As one part of a bridesmaid gift, I was thinking giving the girls an ivory pashmina. My wedding is in January and they'll be in navy (the MOH in navy and ivory).
Would you want an ivory pashmina wrap? Thanks.

I did not vote b/c I am kind of torn. I like pashmina shawls-they are beautiful- but I am thinking that they may be more of a hassle being that you kind of have to hold on to them to keep them on, so it may not be as easy to move around and grab/reach for things.
what about a long sleeve capelet, or a shawl that buttons or ties at the neck?

I'm also having my girls wear Navy... Where do I even find pashiminas???? I think it's a good idea!!

neeniebean got married this Feb, and she gave us (her BM's ) as part of our gift, white pasminas (she wanted to get ivory, but couldn't find nice ones... so I would start looking NOW!)
but they came in VERY handy for the chily Feb. weather!

id like it- i only have the fake ones for $10. it would be nice to have a real one
however...if i was getting a real one, id like it in a more versatile color. ivory can get dirty fast. id prefer black - but that doesnt go with the dresses ...so im torn too

That is a great idea!
I wear my light gray/silver pashmina every day in the winter. It is extremely versatile..I use it as a wrap,shawl, and scarf. I think it will be a nice idea for while they are waiting pictures and just hanging around. I wouldn't want it in my formal pictures, but you can just give that direction to the girls and the photographer.
