Possible BM dress

So my BP is my 2 brothers and my brother's wife (MOH)...so i only have one girl...and i love my SIL to death... she looks great in anything...saw this at Fantasia while visiting my dress...

my wedding has a more casual beach theme...the guys will have just pants & shirts and its daytime outdoors in June..my colors are light blue & white. I have more dresses in my album but this is my favorite so far. What do you think?
