Okay -- I think I've got the BM gowns narrowed down. The only thing is the dress my MOH likes is the gold silk shatung (Lazaro) gown below. I would order it in the 'scarlet' color.
The one I want for the BMs is the iridescent taffeta gown (also Lazaro) in the 'wine' color.
My question: would it look okay to have the MOH in a slightly different dress (the top is also corset but it doesn't have that panel the pink one does), slightly different color (warmer, redder) and a completely different fabric? Can iridescent taffeta and silk shatung coexist in the same bridal party? Help!
The other option is to put the MOH in a plain strapless iridescent tafetta top with the matching skirt. I'll try to find more pics....
You can just tell me you don't like them at all so it really doesn't matter what colors I pick!
Maybe if I rephrase the question:
Would it look okay to have the MOH in a completely different dress, different fabric, and slightly different color?

I don't think there's anything wrong with it. IMO, the MOH can be just as different as you and she want her to be! My sister (MOH) is wearing a gown that is completely different from the other girls, except that it's also in a (very different) shade of purple.

hmmm IMO - I think you can either do: same material different color & different dress or different material in same color and a different dress... but lol I would have to see in person.. it depends if the two materials totally clash.. other then that I think the colors look good together sorry if that wasnt any help

I think it's perfectly fien to have your MOH in a different dress/color. Actually, I think it's a nice way to distinguish her from the BM's too. Honestly, I don't know about the different fabrics. Can you see them together in person to see how they look? Either way, I'm sure it would be fine.
Great dresses, BTW! Lazaro is beautiful - you guys have great taste!

As for the colors they seem fine together. In terms of the fabric I guess in person is the best way to tell.
