Possible Sinus Infection.. who do I call?
My Ob Clinic or my Family Care Doc?I know I must have an infection. It started off on monday with a nasty headache which I thought was a result of a toothache but when I went to the dentist she said yes I have some sores from my M/S but that my sinus looked like it was having problems on that side. So I tried just drinking alot of fluids but now it's a nasty headache, my nose is stuffed, and my ears are starting to act up.
I feel like crap but I don't know who to call. My regular doc is about 5 minutes away and my OB office is about 45 minutes so I would rather call my doc but I didn't know if that was the right thing to do or not?
Right now I don't even feel like driving so I figured I would ask you ladies whom I should call.

I called my OB when I was sick during pregnancy. She didn't need to see me and just told me what to do to get better over the phone.

When I was preggo with my son, my OB would take care of anything that come up. WIth this new OB, they want me to see my Primary Care Dr. It's the only thing about this practice that bugs me.

I hope u feel better- I have one right now. I am TTC, and cannot even try this month becuase of the meds they put me on. I would call the OB. In the meantime, warm showers, vicks around the nose, saline spray, warm compresses on your forehead. Feel better and call the OB.
Did u lose your voice? I did! DH is telling me it is too quiet around the house.

My OB office had my call my primary care and see him first but call them to approve any meds. I was one a few anti biotics very early on during my pregnancy and had to see several doctors and they call kind of worked together to make ok my meds.

Call your primary Dr. This is not a problem with your pregnancy so it isn't your OB's line of expertise. Your Dr. will put you on an antibiotic that is safe during pregnancy
I had one during mine also.
