So far this morning I have eaten 1/2 c watermelon and 2 hard boiled eggs....

I also bought that Phase 2 bean extract that's supposed to eat your carbs b/f they are converted to sugar and raise your insulin- we'll see.

Hi All

I was bad on Sunday too, we spent the day at the beach and believe it or not I was REALLY good there. I had a turkey burger, BUT when we got home Steve ordered pizza so I had some plus an italian ice.

Monday I did well, strawberries for breakfast, turkey burger for lunch with alpine swiss, lettuce, tomato, red onion and a mayo/mustard combo
Dinner was roast beef, with sauteed mushrooms and onions and steamed broccoli

Tueday
Bfast
Egg whites with tomato and a bit of cheddar cheese

Lunch
Small salad with grilled chicken

The Smores is the best, my FH also really likes the chocolate peanut butter ones.
