To be honest, I don't know if I am going to register for china and stemware. My mother's pieces all sit in a huge china closet and haven't been touched (except to be cleaned). I think I'd rather have people spend money on things that we are going to use everyday (or almost everyday).
FH and I want to get nice everyday dishes. But we haven't started looking into that stuff yet. I am thinking that will be the task for November.

OOH!!! wow!! your plates look like my one accent plate (the accent is different than the rest of the china-- so just the salad plate is the paisley-- and i love it, you can feel it too, it's raised and stuff!! it's also waterford but it's called padova-- lemme get a pic and i'll post

Honestly, My china is completed, Its a family tradition thing,, I had my service for 24 completed b4 my grandmother passed away,, She gave me hers, plus bought what I liked,,
So its been in storage for years,, I used my everyday one.. all the time,, ,
