The things that I have seen are the diaper cake, the daddy diaper duty apron, the candle basket, the wine rack gift, there is a gift that Niecey's IL made for her shower with things for the kitchen, I think those would be nice to have all in one spot.

I had this one saved...I got it at my shower and loved it!
Buy it all in the colors that match the china, and arrange everything in a the bread basket, with the centerpiece in the center of the basket and wrap it up!
Easy enough?

Honeymoon Surival Kit - its different for each honeymoon location of course but here is what i did for Micheles shower to South Africa:
In a straw bag I put a bunch of stuff, wrapped it with red shrink wrap, tied it with raffia and then attached a little card to tell them what was inside with 'safari' theme design to it.
-South Africa Guide Book -Binoculars -Travel Fan -Passport Wallet (room for 2) -Sunscreen -Bug Repellent -Bite Soother -Ultra Chapstick -Moisturizer -Medic Kit -Film -His & Hers Deodorant -Shout stain removers -His & Hers Sunglasses -Flip-flops -Travel Case

I did a coffee basket for my cousin a few years ago.
It was a big basket...with the following in it:
- 4 cup perculator pot - 4 coffe mugs that matched - many different types of coffee beans - grinder -different sugars -chocloate covered spoons to use as stirirs - rock cany stirrers - different kinds of teas - coffee scoop
it was big hit!! :D

for my MOH's baby shower i am making a 'laundry-day' type of gift. i included:
hamper from her registery 2 packages of kiddie hangers baby detergent burping clothes outfits stuffed animals and a few other misc things.
i am stuffing the bottom of the hamper with tissue or something so that everything else is elevated (using the hamper almost like a basket). i want to wrap it in cellophane when it's done.

I'm in the process of creating the diaper cake and daddy's tool belt, as we speak! Wish me luck! I searched the web and here are the poems for each:

I have to see if I have a photo of Stef's basket. We used all the stuff for our HM, it was great.
Claud made me a 3-tier hat box wedding cake that had HM stuff in it. I used the hat box for my wedding cards during my reception.
For my baby shower I got a bunch of theme baskets: Stef made me a diaper bag kit. Claud made me a nursing supplies basket and daddy tool belt. someone else made me a Winnie the Pooh theme basket full of books, pooh stuffed animals etc..and another friend made me a 'stuff you need' type basket full of toys, bottles, bibs, books etc...

The 2 baskets I made for the welcome home included all the things that I think she would need when she moves in and will forget to get... ( Gotta Help my Cellie) I think its also a perfect gift if the couple doesn't live together first!!!!!
It had all the baggies u need in every size. Every type of cleaning product, tin foil, sponges, air fresheners, wipes, fur wax, sponges, paper towels, soap holder, dish soap, UMM I am trying to think, dish towels, brilo, the nice stuff to dust on carpet to make it smell nice WHAt else.. I have to ask her.. Oh.. Garbage Bags- Black and White.. The baskets I put them in were 2 Laundry Baskets..
I know they were stuffed....
And the honeymoon bag was a bag I got in Macys....
and went nuts to fill it.. Do u want to know what was in that too or no?
I don't have a picture yet...but I am hoping that it will be done when I go home this weekend...
but my mom had everyone of my shower guests (and then got people that couldn't make the shower over the past year) to sign a square for my wedding quilt...they write a message on the square and the she sews it together and quilts it...
we picked out the colors/fabrics in april...so I hope that its finished (although my mom has tons of projects the ones for me and my sister tend to get shoved to the back burner...but I am hopeful that she made it a priority since I am so far away now...)

At my shower I got a HM basket, included were bridal slippers, champagne, lingerie, candles etc
I also got an all occasions basket, it included something for every holiday of the year, ghost candle, floating xmas candles, 4th of july salt & pepper shakers, easter mugs etc etc. Very different & a big hit!
