Post your everyday dinnerware!

Post your everyday dinnerware!

I love the look of mine- but not so crazy about it being heavy (used to my mom's old corningware plates I guess! ). What do you think of this? From BB&B.

I just worry that buying something with such color might end up looking cruddy after a while- getting scratched up. What do you think?

Yeah I like that too...I almost registered for something else but I missed having a completer set and ice cream bowls and what not!

I think they're nice, and ask about it getting scratched up and how it would look after time, i am sure they can answer your questions.

FH picked out our everyday dinnerware, he wanted something more modern and loved these when he saw them.

Cinnabar Floral from Crate and Barrel. Mine are very light, which I like... my mom has very heavy plates, and it's hard to carry a stack of them!

i have the same ones, but in the Nova Brown. I LOVE them!!! they are so pretty and i swear i love eating off those plates!

Edited for pic:

I love them in brown, because there are SOO many coordinating items to go with them. we bought the matching ice cream bowls, completer set, and ceramic spoon rest. i plan on getting the square accent plates and server set too!

Cool! You don't find them on the heavy-side though? That's my only gripe. I just love all the coordinates!

no i don't think they are that heavy at all. the only thing is that since they are ceramic, they are certainly more delicate that something like corningware. my mom's corningware plates can fall on the floor and still be okay....but if you drop this just once, i'm sure they will break. but honestly, i still love them.
