I love the look of mine- but not so crazy about it being heavy (used to my mom's old corningware plates I guess! ). What do you think of this? From BB&B.
I just worry that buying something with such color might end up looking cruddy after a while- getting scratched up. What do you think?

Napoli by Pfaltzgraf- registered at Fortunoff (but they don't carry everything, so I also started an online registry through Pfaltzgraf and linked it on our website
heheheheh, we've had black matte dishes from ikea (you know, the ones that come all together in one box for $25) and we love them!
We actually have no intentions of replacing them, even though we accidentally chipped one plate

I think that that is my every day dinner ware. I love it. It is a bit heavier but the rims around the edge of the plates are nice for holding the food in. If you have a dishwasher you shoudl be all set, they dont really fit well into our dish dryer thing.
Anyway, we really love it. I am not sure about it losing its color from gtting scratched up. We have been using ours for like -5 months now and no problems. They seem to hold up well.
wanted to brighten up the kitchen a bit
