These are mine...although I just put them on and the back has elastic and it's loose...the shoe fits but that strap is loose...I don't want to deal with David's again so I may just take them to a shoe maker....life is never easy is it?!

take them to a differant David's!

I am not sure if they'll exchange sizes...I just need a smaller size.......they have that no return policy but I am curious if they'll swap sizes...I'll have to call them..

they better- you just got them- they are obviously not worn. It's worth a try.

I know me too, there are soooooooo many to choose from, I have to get a pair that matches the color of my dress perfectly, not too crazy, not too high heeled, comfty, etc etc

Just called and they'll exchange them...so, I'll get measured tonight with them and then swap for the right size tomorrow...hooray!

These are my favorite., but I bought these below and the store I bought them customize shoes..
They are extremely comfy and they were $30 bucks! and the heel is perfect for me...

The lady recommended I get the Heel, the Upper strap and the lining of the front of the shoe in Jewels so thats what Im doing.!

I got a full refund from davids....call for the corporate customer service # you leave a message they call you back and I got a refund on alot dress slip head piece veil ....
