Hi girls...with my spring break coming up quick (but not fast enough), I want to tackle flowers over my break... recommend your florist
I am going to hit James Cress because I have heard they also offer up lighting....who else???
Oh...and how long does an appointment usually take so I know how much time I need at each one..if I can get a few appointments done in one day that would be great!

James Cress (my mom worked there and still does holidays so they're family friends)
I'm sure about the uplighting though. I never asked about it because I'm having an afternoon wedding and the room I'm in has a lot of natural light.

I am using Glo-dot florist on Deer Park Ave. I originally went to see Jen from Verbena and she was really very nice but I couldn't pull any suggestions from her. I know nothing about flowers so I tried Glo-dot florist. The guy I spoke with was amazing and threw out suggetion after suggestion. I felt much more comfortable with him and he gave me flowers to take home as a gift.

I booked with Metro Floral Decorators... they have a store in Great Neck and in Astoria, Queens... here is of my cps (we are doing high and low ones)

Using Flower Michele - John! He's GREAT!! We ordered half high and half low centerpieces and in the end he decided to give us half half, half medium high centerpieces at no extra cost!!

Wicks Florist in Baldwin Amazing prices...gorgeous flowers.
They gave me a sample BM bo-k to take home and I've had it now for 9 hrs and it still looks great!!
