Ladies, I was just reading online that the US Postal service has announced a postage increase effective May 12th.
The first ounce of a first-class letter will be 42 cents. Each additional ounce remains at 17 cents Large envelope, 2 ounces $1.

Re: Postage increase !
Just a FYI the forever stamp is good from now on even if there is increase in the postage rate. When I first bought the forever stamps the postal worker told me that as long as we have the forever stamps it can be used even when there is an increase. You don't need to add extra postage.
But if you are unsure just ask the post office.

Re: Postage increase !
This brings back memories of last year when I spent over $100 on stamps just before the prices went up just to find out I would now have to add an ugly 2 cent stamp to all the response card envelopes.
