So I am plannig to mail my invitations out in early/mid-may, but the postal rate is going to change around that time...do i use the old rate for the invitations and the new rate for the rsvps? i'm confused...

Just to inform you i work for a mailing house and they told us MAY is a raise... when I asked in person as a reg. person they told me that tehy may raise it.
