Postage Stamps

Can someone clear this issue up?! I thought the postal rates were going up after May 14th but I just read somewhere on this site that the prices for certain weights is going down?!

Anyone have any info that clears it all up?

I am so confused!

Re: Postage Stamps

the 39 cent stamp (1oz) is going up to 41cents and the 63 cent stamp (2 oz) is going down to 58 cents! so the new weddings stamps will be sold as 58 and 41 cents!
