Go to 'my account' somewhere up top it says 'optional graphic upload' hit browse and find the picture you want to upload in my pictures, my documents, etc. Good Luck. With the file sizes allowed by LIW, I never have any luck with this.

at the top of the page there is a box that says ?Help click on it and you will be able to send them mail
