We are in contract!! It's the best damn feeling in the world!! It's our first home and DH and I are still in shock...but yes, checked MLS & the realtor's site (in addition to what my agent and broker told me! ) and it's very much 'under contract'. Praying for a smooth closing 4/24!

DH just asked me today 'do you think we deserve all this?'...and I couldn't answer...because no, we don't feel 'lucky' or 'rightful' we feel BLESSED! This is such a blessing for us. I never thought this would happen to us...God is great!!

It has been a toss up between GA and VA with us for a while (family in both places) but once FH see's this I am pretty sure it will be GA for us too

YES - you are 100% right. We never doubt Him...and I always try to remember that whatever is happening at the moment (good or bad) is meant to because He's in control. And all these blessings (the jobs, the house, the move!) are just overwhelming. We are very grateful and understand that there are those who may be suffering or grieving...we don't take it for granted at all!!

I am so happy for you - you really deserve this. Living in that much square footage in all that sunshine is going to make you feel SO alive and capable of anything!
