Get all clad, it won't really stick and it's healthy. I also know that they have come out with some green lines for non stick pots and pans. I tried doing some searches for reviews but found nothing so I am not sure how good they are. I put one green line pan on my registry I just dont want to risk putting a bunch and have it s u c k. I did read the book The Truth They Don't Want You to Know About and the author says that non stick is so bad for you.

Non stick are only not safe if you scratch them and continue to use them. Don't panic, get what you really want!

I currently have non-stick and love them but they get scratched just from stacking them in the cabinet.

My mom and Aunt have stainless that are from their showers 30 years ago. So I decided to go with a stainless set (which is much cheaper) and add two non-stick frying pans for eggs, etc. Those can always be replaced.

We registered for all clad, it's the best, only thing with non-stick is that if it heats to a certain temperature it can be dangerous to animals, along with the fact that if it peels, it could be toxic....be careful!!! HTH
