i havent slept all night. ive been lashing out at dh for even saying gnite to me. im in sooo much fkn pain. its AWEFUL
i cant stop crying. and i toook waaaaaaay too much motrin that i couldnt take any for last night to ease some of the pain.
please pray my dentist can see me today
can you go to the emergency room?

if you dont have it... stop at cvs or something. they sell it in a little kit. 'emergency toothache kit' its got little cotton balls and a bottle of clove oil. just put a LITTLE bit on the area it hurts and dont get it on your tounge... it should make it feel significantly better pretty quickly and for awhile.
