Prayers needed

My gramps had elective (don't ask) open heart surgery about 3 weeks ago. I'm a nurse...i didn't think he was a good candidate for this, neither did his doctors or surgeons,but it was either he had it now, or a year from now, so they decided to do it now. Long story short, I knew he would make it through his surgery OK, but the recovery would be tough. Well...i didn't think it would be this tough. He is now getting confused, he hallucinates, and then at other times he is totally 'with it' and gets mad. He was taken home on monday, but he fell thursday night (didn't tell anyone!) and had to be brought back to the hospital. He is in ICU again and i think i'm ready to just break down. I am so close to my grandparents and I see him suffering (if he knows he is suffering or not, who knows) and aggrivated and upset, and i see how much it is taxing not only my grandmother, but all of us. My sister and I are getting married (hers is in November, mine in April) and we are praying that he will some how come out of this OK and make it to see us walk down the aisle. If there was ever a time when I needed your prayers and support, it is now. Thanks everyone
