Prayers needed for my daddy-UPDATE

my daddy is getting his prostate removed tomorrow so he can rid his body of the cancer. please keep him in your prayers to make sure everything goes well. thanks ladies - your support has been a saving grace!!!

Thank you ladies for all the prayers and support. they took him in late yesterday afternoon, 3hrs later than originally planned and there were minor bumps that the docs didn't expect, i.e.fatty tissue - but everything seems to have gone well. he was in ALOT of pain last night and is still groggy today. they'll either release him tomorrow or friday, not sure still under supervision. they sent the prostate to pathology and are awaiting the results...thankfully though everything is okay. :) After my dear vent entry yesterday my dear mentioned that im probably crying b/c im not there with him (felt like he was reading my post...lol. but it made me feel better to know he understands me so well.

Again thank you for all of the support. I'll be in ny on friday spending the weekend w/him - so that should help the emotions!!!!
