So we had yet another open house at FH condo this weekend. We apparently have two couples very interested...thanks god!! We got one offer which was a bit low so I just sent them the counter offer. We really need this place to be SOLD!! I can't stand keeping up payments on two mortages and two homes, when one is sitting empty! Can you girls please send me some magic LIW prayers...we could really use them! TIA
