i hope he is ok

what exactly happened if you dont mind me asking?? FH is trying to convince me to go out on his friends boat the week before the wedding and i keep telling him no! (his friend has zero boating experience and i dont trust him)

Well FH was being an idiot and putting on show for his friends. He was swimming by the motor when his friend lowered it on his foot! He has a lot of experience and done this crap millions of times! But it only takes one time to have a serious accident. We are on the boat every weekend and he hoes out almost daily. It was lack of experience it was lack of brain!!! I wasn't there or he never would have pulled a stunt like that!!!

I am teribbly sorry for you and your FH. Please stay strong as you can for him. Losing a toe is very hard to deal with, as anything else.

My dad just recently lost all his toes due to medical reasons. I do know what you are going through and I am here if you need anyone to talk to.

For your assurance, my dad is able to walk with no toes, but the healing process does take some time but it could be faster for your FH if he isn't diabetic. I will keep him in my prayers.

Please keep us updated, and I am here if you need someone =)
