prayers, thoughts, wishes, and i may be absent a bit

Update from the requests for thoughts monday.

My grandmother had a conference with my mothers doctors, who say we have two choices. We can leave my mom on the feeding and breathing tubes, keep her alive but in pain longer, or we can remove them and let nature take its course. If we choose the later, they give her 3 days to at most 2 weeks to live.

Needless to say, I am a wreck right now. If I disappear more than usual, I am in Florida with my grandma, waiting and trying to take care of everything. Waiting to see if the law school will reschedule an exam for me before I can go.

Please, give your family a hug, tell them you love them, and know whatever frustrations there are, how much they add and mean in your life.

Wow, I am so sorry you are in this position. I don't even know what to say. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

What law school do you go to? I am sure they will reschedule the exam for you, that shouldn't be your focus right now, I would think they would even excuse you after the fact (you would just need a note from a doctor).
