Pre Cana 3/6 & 3/7

I did mine there earlier this month and must say it was not too bad!

Friday night you will meet in the chapel and have a small mass. Then the priest will speak for a few minutes and then will introduce your host couple.

Saturday goes really fast!!!

Don't worry, you don't have to share if you don't want to. They will ask generally questions, but won't expect personal answers.

You're given a workbook and the host will go over each chapter briefly, making sure you are aware of what future problems/issue may arise and how to deal with it.

Then the host couple will split up the guys and girls so that each person can take a 2-5 minute little questioniere on the subject. Then the couples rejoin and review your future spouse's answers in private. FH actually got into it!

me and FH just went this past Fri and Sat and ICC in Douglaston and it wasn't bad...it got a little boring but we got a lot of laughs when we compared our answers. Friday was a mass and we got out at about 8:45 -- Saturday they let us out by 3:30-4:00.

Just an FYI....theres a burger king by the LIE on Douglaston PKWY....go eat lunch there bc the food they give you is not edible. (hard bagels and gross pasta for lunch...it was gross)
