So I start Pre Cana in January. I have two weekends from 7 to 10 Then a mass on sunday . What do the people really talk about because FH is a Baptist and really isn't feeling it. Anybody know?
I have another Question? What do you wear? I'm not doing mine at a church i'm doing it at someones house so do you have to dress up? What would you do or did you do? Thanks!

I called my church just to check. The priest who returned my call sounded a little annoyed that I was calling, but I don't care, I wanted to make sure. We are under 4 months to our wedding, so if we don't get into this precana we need to find another one asap. We're in though. They said your cancelled check means you are in.
I'm doing precana jan 27, february 10 and february 24, all sunday evenings. Anyone else in mine?

My Pre Cana was in Santa Barbara, California because I was living in Los Angeles. It was a WHOLE weekend retreat, Friday night until Sunday night. We were both very nervous, but we both really enjoyed it. It was really nice to think about our relationship and not about the wedding or paying bills or anything but each other. Since mine was a retreat in the mountains I wore jeans and t-shirts, but some of the other girls got dressed up everyday. So I think it just depends on how you are feeling. I am a very casual person.

HOw much did everyone pay for Pre-Cana? If I go through the church we are getting married in it is 100. but if we go to another it is 250.

No you can wear what ever you want, jeans and sweater.
I really liked pre-cana, i found it really interesting and helpful. The two hosts were this really old couple and they were so cute, they just spoke about their relationhip the good and the bad.
