So My friend Jamie & her FH & Me & My FH went to a 1 Day Pre-cana in NJ yesterday. The program was called ' God's Plan for a joy filled Marriage' So we're all psyched!!! 1 day session WOOO HOOO
Half way through the lady who's husband was speaking says to me ' Did u do Pre- Cana At St. Mary's?' I said ' No , I came today from Long Island...' In my head I'm going.... Isn't this Pre-Cana now????? What the Hell does she mean!?!!?
So we get up the nerve to ask.... Is this class considered pre-Cana??? NO???? It's a supplemental class that is required by the State of NJ!!!
You must be kidding me!!! Glad I sat here for 7 hours for nothing!!!!!!!!!!

Called the priest at St. Agnes. He very nicely said 'oh too bad, you still need to do Pre- Cana'

Than my friend who convinced me to do this class in NJ with her told me that her church is accepting the class!!! We're in the same Diocese.... I just don't get it!!!!!!!!!!!

we still have to do pre-cana and Foccus, it doesn't have to be in LI but it does have to be an actual Pre-Cana class
