Pre Cana done!

This past weekend my FH and I went to a Pre-cana weekend at St John's in west islip. I highly recommend it to anyone who isnt open to the tradiotional once a week sessions. It was a really nice time for me and my FH to talk about things we are excited about, plan for the future and talk about things we may not be so excited to discuss. Our relationship is far from perfect, but I am proud we are honest about it and are willing to put in 100% to make it better everyday. The couples that were involved were very sweet and encouraging, without being false and 'fluffy'. We are not super religious, however we are both of the idea that religion is a good thing to bring into a family and realtionship, and that believing in something, and having a community can never hurt :)

If anyone has questions about it please feel free to ask. We went into it blindly and really found it to be very helpful. We even agreed that we may find time in our future to go back to a similar program to 'ground' ourselves amongst the everyday shuffle.
