pre cana recommendation

pre cana recommendation

We live in Queens, but are getting married in the church I grew up in which is in Massapequa. We want to do Pre Cana closer to home. We don't want to do it all in one weekend where it's like 7 hours. We'd prefer the evenings.

Anyone have any recommendations and good prices?? The Diocese of Brooklyn is 200 or 300.

Can you take pre cana outside of your diocese of your church? I did the Brooklyn one and it was $195. Friday night they said 7-9 but it was only 7-8 and Sat they said 9-5 but it was 9-3.

Yes you can. The priest said we can take it anywhere.

We're the opposite - we're getting married in Queens and we're doing pre-cana in Massapequa. It's $100 for 1 day.

I did them in Brooklyn for $195 and it was three consecutive Tuesdays for 2 hours. I think it was 7-9?

ETA: Check out www.pre-cana.org. They should list all the available dates!

the BK Dioscese is more expensive than ones on LI...

But the Rockville Center Diocese is $300 and Queens/BK is $200

I just wish I knew how much my church was. No one knows. The priest said he thinks $65, which then we would def. go to Massapequa and do it, but someone else there said she thinks $100...and another person said she thought she paid $200!!

Anyone know how much Maria Regina pre cana is?
