Pre cana tonight. What should I expect?

Is it lecture or interactive discussions? I'm really not in the mood since I've been working for 9 hours today and now I have to go to this until 10 tonight.

I did my Pre Cana in one day. It wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

Its not so bad trust me on this one but they do expect you to join in on their games and stuff
