wouldn't it be fair for brides-to-be to have 'pre-marital leave' about 3-4 months before the wedding. Seeing as how there is so much to do..and you cannot concentrate at work because you are either a) chatting w/brides and getting ideas on LIW/NYC Weddings b) preoccupied with thoughts of what you need to do c)totally consumed with your wedding day
I think the same way we get maternity leave..we should get pre-marital leave.

i completely agree
however - i think if we had 'pre marital leave' FH would NOT marry me . . .here is why
if i didnt have to go to work, and i didnt have to go to school. . .
i would be on LIW all day and PROBABLY not take a shower, eat or do anything else
so at the end of the leave i would be one very smelly, pale BUT skinny bride!
