We have finally figured out our timing-- we think-- and I found this book that I think some might be interested in
'Before Your Pregnancy: A 90 Day Guide for Couples on How to Prepare for a Healthy Conception' Amy Ogle, Lisa Mazzullo
I ordered it and will let anyone who is interested know how it is
