I am looking to throwing a pre-wedding party this summer. It would be approximately 50 people. I am interested in an outdoor location where we can have a bbq. Any suggestions? I am open to locations anywhere in the tri-state area.
the mushrooms down at lido are nice if you want to go casual.....cheap rental fee, your at the beach, and you can hire someone to cater! plus you wont get ripped off on liquor b/c you could buy your own and wont get ripped off.....the only hook gotta live in the town of hempstead (which includes most of nassau county) and hope for no rain

Wantagh State Park. YOu have to fill out forms and I believe be a resident of Town of Hempstead but it is great there. Besides BBQ they have a pool and park area for kids. So if you know someone who lives in the town of Hempstead ask them if you could use their name.
