i think it is usually 6 months before your wedding.
It depends on when you schedule it. Speak to your church and see who they recommend. My wedding is in May and we are going next month, there is no hard and fast rule. The church does like you to meet with them at least 6 months before your preferred wedding date in order to start preparation, but this is different than pre-cana.
You should call the Church to find out their schedule...you may likely do Pre-Cana in the summer session if you are getting married in October
I am doing mine now and wedding is in aug. I know there is another session in April but my FH and I wanted to kill some time over the boring winter months.
We went at the end of August and we are getting married at the end of May. We wanted to get it over with while we were still sane. There is so many other things we are working on now. I am glad we did it already. We went to the one that is all weekend long at Kellenberg HS.
we went in sept and oct. It is when your church gives it and they send it in the mail when you have to go

I'm getting married the day after you. I already did precana. There is no set time.. Call your church, don't wait for them to call you..Sometimes depending on the parish it's hard to get into a class, so its easier to book earlier as apposed to later.
I did mine about 3 months ago. You have to get the schedule for available classes from your church or the diocese.
The church usually gives you a choice when you book. We sent in a deposit, and choose late March / April. and we are getting married in oct.
Holy Redeemer will contact you when they have a session available, right before you get married. Our session was held in November.
