Pregnant Bridesmaid

Ok, so I found out that one of my BM is pregnant with her 2nd child. We still havent ordered the BM dresses. The wedding is in March ( She will be 6 months by then).... here's my question:

1) Should I pick a maternity dress
2) have her order the same dress and hope she fit into it.

Even though I am happy for her, I am a bit annoyed simply b.c it took FOREVER to pick a Bm dress, and now I have to pick another one or worry about her fitting into hers. I feel so guilty for acting like such a bridezilla!!!

That's a great thing.. be happy. The dresses will work out. I'm SO into my wedding and think weddings are a big deal, but in the greater scheme of things, a baby is MUCH more important than a wedding. Don't get annoyed.. I wouldn't want any of my girls to even think about my wedding when planning out their children/rest of their lives. It'll work out.. pregnant tummies are cute in dresses lol

thats really a great way to think of things and great advice!!! more people should think like you!!

I couldn't have said it better myself! Both my sis and my BM sounded concerned about the dresses during pregnancy, but to me, just having them there to share this day with me is most important.

Christine is my sister and when we ordered the dresses having her be pregnant was far from my mind (considering we didnt think it was possible). We found out about a month later so we never got to order a bigger size. Shes five months pregnant and the wedding is next week. All we had to do was have panels sewn in and now shes good to go. Never once though was i worried how she would look in the dress. Try not to be upset, its a blessing for your BM and you should be excited for her. Just make sure to tell the dress shop shes expecting when you order.

lol youre everywhere...im trying to be a good liwedding patron and get in some postings but i wanted to correct you that i didnt need panels, they just had to let out the seems and its a good fit!! and yes...no one should worry about how their bridal party will look in their dresses...especially in this situation...the pregnent BM will be worried enough for everyone!!
