Pregnant MOH Dress does not fit!!!

Ok so my Matron of Honor is like six months and the maternity gown we ordered for her does not fit. Not even a little. I don't know what to do, do you think the shop will take it back? She luckily has a dress that is the same color and material that her MIL happened to have but it is a different style. Her dress was going to be different anyway but she lives in Milwaukee so its not like she can just go to the shop to fix it. Does anyone have this problem????? I just don't want her to loose $250.00!!

Can you order fabric for an insert in the dress? They do that quite often. That may be cheaper than buying a new dress. You would need to contact the store quickly to order the fabric.
