are you taking omega 3 pills? it is great...it helps with brain development of the baby, and also reduces the percentage anything the baby can carry on from you that you wouldn't want it to, well i dont know if you have this situation but for anyone who does.

like what exactly? i would definitely like to know more about that . . .for when the time comes!
and is it better if you start earlier? or just after you are pregnant?

you can FM if you would like!

even a year or two before youre pregnant...you know how sometimes there can be certain things in your family and you carry...any mental diseases and i dont even mean serious ones either

this is VERY important to me - where did you hear this? sorry i am like harassing you LOL i just never heard of this before!

Hmm they smell?? I am pregnant and taking prenatals and they don't have any odor or taste at all. I aslo bought them over the counter and the doctors approve of them I got mine from walmart they are in a pink bottle. Even the prenatals I took with my first I got from GNC and they were a little costly but they didn't smell either.

yeah its probably the ghetto America's Choice brand then LOL

If the walmart is store brand, they might be the same exact thing. I believe the same company does private labeling for both.

No they aren't the walmart store brand. I just bought them there.

OK, a lot of people don't realize that most of these companies do private labels so you're getting the same exact product just at a lower cost. It's not even just vitamins its almost everything else you get in the stores. I learned a lot about that at my last job.
