Do these REALLY make your hair grow faster?

This girl from work (who, it seems like her hair grew overnight, said thats what she took & her hair grew like 6 inches). She claims prenatal vitamins is what did it. I mean literally her hair went from an east village mullet to a layered past the shoulders do. I kid you not...I hadn't seen her in a month until today and I was like 'WOW'..

I'm in the painful process of growing out an angled bob, and I haven't cut my hair since May..so what do you think?? Should I get them?
This isn't the first time I've heard of their effects, but it was certainly the first time I saw the result!!

Thoughts? Comments? Should I do it?

Prenatal vitamins are fabulous!!!!! While I forget why, I remember asking a Dr. for them, when I wasn't pregnant. I just forget why now!! Mary MOB

It might sound a lil strange but ask your pharmacist. I used to work at a pharmacy and it used to seem like they knew more than some of the doctors! The only reason I say this is that there are some vitamins that you shouldn't take too much of. When someone is taking prenatal vitamins they are taking extras for the baby, but you may not want to take all that just for yourself.

I saw on another post that grapeseed extract supposedly promotes hair growth, so you might want to look into that too

i used prenatal to make my hair grow but i stopped taking it cuz it made me nausus and i felt like vomiting
What i did use to make my hair grow its called Hairtopia, amazon sells it. its basically amino acids and minerals and vitamins, they give you 3 bottles and you take one of each. It made my hair grow from above my shoulders to 3 inches past in like 3 months. my coworkers ordered it cuz they saw what it did for me..lol..You can try that.

I always wanted to try that mane and tail shampoo!!
has anyone tried that?
