I'm about to enter into the 2nd trimester and am very interested in taking a group prenatal yoga class. I've been searching for a while now but can't find anything in my area. I'm in the Stony Brook/Port Jeff area (exit 63 off the LIE). Does anyone know of any in this area?

I took prenatal yoga, but I went to a place in Woodbury called Absolute Yoga. It was great it prepares you for labor and delivery (although, I ended up having a c-section) but there were other girls in my class that were on their second and third babies who swore by it. If you want to find one in your area, I found mine in one of those free parenting guides they have when you leave a store(among the real estate stuff and the employment guides). Or you could just call local yoga studios and ask if they have it, if they don't they might know someplace that does.
