i don't want to call out my vendor on these boards...but I'm really disappointed and It's only been less than 2 months since booking.
I was told when i booked that i would recieve a username and password for a site that would make the planning process with the vendor a bit easier. i never recieved this username and password. i called about it and they said my contract wasn't even processed although it said i paid. the lady gave me a user name but no password and said 'just click forgot password and it will send you one' but it doesn't...so i emailed my vendor and also asked a very important question about who we would be dealing with for the day of and more than 1 week later...I still have no response!
everytime I call I feel like I get the brush off and this vendor is not on the cheaper end...I expect better service!

wow, i would be really annoyed too. Is there a way to just go there and speak to them face to face? You should tell them that its been frustrating dealing with them and that you hope to get better service from now on. Keep us posted!

Maybe they are dealing with more current brides, and feel you still have time and therefore it's a not a priority right now?? (not being sarcastic )

i get it...but when i pay for something...i expect to see the fruits of my investment. i don't think its too much to ask of them to tell me who will be working my wedding. if they can't handle a small communication thing like this...that makes me worry about the bigger stuff

That *****... They make you feel like the only one at time of booking, and then they stiff you when you need them... I know the feeling.... Sorry this is going on!

It sounds to me like you have a good reason to be annoyed. i hope they respond to your request and step up their service.
BTW...how funny is it that I met Justine the other night at a friends parents house and she knows you. I saw her again tonight at the wake, she's awesome.
