Re: Price Help

You said the $110pp is all inclusive--what isn't included in the $75pp one? If you love the $75 one, that's great since it's cheaper!

Re: Price Help

Majestic Garden's $67.50 pp in Novemeber it's probably less in December and the more people you guarantee the less you pay. You could probably talk them down a bit.

East wind starts at about $60.00 and they are easy to bargain with. Ask for Michelle. If you pay cash no tax!

Giorgios is offering 1998 prices for 2005 at the end of the year. Probably a great deal. Speak to GEORGE, he is great and you can def get the best pricing from him.

when they say all-inclusive they lie!! what about grat, tax and service charge?? my $130 pp turned into $190 pp real fast. i would do further investigation into 'all-inclusive'. the $75 pp will come out better when all the nasty charges are added in. It will be cheaper..so go with it!

Re: Price Help

Go for places that usually get people in the summer, like places that boast that they are on the beach or have great out doors gardens. From what I know, their price will drop significantly during the winter. Also check out
www.weddingsitesandservices.com

You can get a price range a bunch of places through that and that will help you determine places you may be able to afford.

Agreed, make sure you are including taxes. My place for a Sunday afternoon in April was 67.50. But I have to add tax, service charge, and gratuity. With that I am at about $90 a person.

Re: Price Help

I was searching for Labor Day Sunday 06 for 200 people and these are the better deals I found:

Sandcastles
Chateau Briand
Coral House
Giorgio's
Jerricho Terrace

Sandcastles offered me the best deal, most throw ins and was willing to work on the price. I loved them and heard wonderful things about their food and service. We just decided we wanted a more scenic location.

FM me if you want pricing or more details!
