Price of makeup the day of

I was at a showcase last night at my reception hall. I was talking to their house makeup artist, she said the price for the bride the day of would be $300, but if she did my 2 BMs it would only be $150. BM's would be $70 I think each. Do you girls think this is too pricey? This is also without tips. I really didn't think her work was so hot either.

Let me say.. this is CHEAP considering how much I paid in trials

Hell $350 is CHEAP when you take that into factor!!!

I'm going to be in a bridal party next month - and if i want to get my hair done wiht the girls it is $75 and if i want makeup it is $75 - i think that is just ridiculous!

Thank you for your suggestions everyone. Now that I think about it. I really didn't like how her before and afters looked. So why should I bother wasting time w/ a trial
