Re: Price on eternity band

Any ladies out there with a princess cut eternity band (prong setting)?

It depends on what you're looking for in the 4 C's. My sister's eternity engagment ring is 2 carats and it was $8k. So I guess it depends on what the cut, clarity, etc.

When we were looking for bands, two different jewelers told us the best they could do on a shared prong, princess- cut eternity was $2500

As a previous poster said, it depends on the cut, clarity, carats and color. It also depends on the metal you’re using (gold vs platinum). Platinum will be more expensive than gold (by almost double). So you’d need to give us more info for us to know if that’s a good price.

i would suggest checking the boards on www.pricescope.com - this is a great website for information on diamonds. that price for the description doesn't seem bad to me, but i haven't really priced anything in that range.

Good Luck!
