I've been trying to make an appt in roslyn to take a look at BM dresses. I submitted the appt request online, no one contacted me. I've been calling all day but it goes to the machine. Is this how their service is if I were to order there? Has anyone had any experiences with them?

I ordered the dresses there for the girls and we had good service. Taht is weird that you couldn't get through. Try tomorrow, I think it will be worth it. I love the dresses there!

I also ordered both my dress and the BM dresses from there - we had great service by phone and in person. I did try calling a couple times at one point and it went to vm - just try calling back in like a half hour and they'll pick up... I wouldn't submit a request online (when I emailed them, they were extremely slow responding - if they even responded via email). Def check them out - their dresses are gorgeous!

Hmm...that's definitely not been my experience there.
I got my dress there and did 2 BM appts, but I had no problem getting through to them.
